The company explained, "The transfer was decided due to the business restructuring following the termination of the large LED business of our main client, Suzhou Samsung Display, and the anticipated severe deterioration in corporate operations in the future." The impact of the business transfer includes alleviating concerns over worsening management caused by continuous losses and improving management efficiency through financial structure enhancement. The scheduled transfer date is the 25th of this month.
