View original image[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Ministry of Economy and Finance announced that Deputy Minister Ando-geol, along with actress Kim So-yeon, head of the Lottery Commission's Happiness Sharing Volunteer Group, delivered audiovisual assistive devices to visually impaired individuals on the 17th.
Deputy Minister Ahn visited the Sullivan Visual Impairment Learning Support Center in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to deliver donated items. In addition, he visited the Nowon Visual Impairment Learning Support Center and the Sorisaem Hearing Impairment Learning Support Center to donate AI speakers, hearing aids, and educational wireless transmitters and receivers.
According to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, following the cleaning volunteer work at the Seondeokwon Child Welfare Facility on July 2, this was the second volunteer activity by the Lottery Commission volunteer group this year.
Deputy Minister Ahn said, "I hope that the love and items delivered by the volunteer group will be usefully utilized in the learning of people with audiovisual disabilities and serve as a small help in achieving their future dreams."
