The declaration, agreed upon through joint consultation between labor and management, includes ▲ active participation in COVID-19 prevention and containment to ensure employee health and a safe working environment ▲ empathy for the difficult business environment and efforts to achieve management goals through productivity improvement ▲ mutual cooperation to enhance corporate future value and become a sustainable company through social contribution, environmental protection, and ethical management ▲ recognition of the importance of labor-management cooperation and continuous development of peaceful labor-management relations based on dialogue and coexistence.
