Planned Construction of Yangsa Headquarters in Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley Zone 2

New Building Consisting of Two Structures, 4 Basement Floors to 10 Above Ground Floors
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] CJ Logistics Construction Division announced on the 16th that it held a groundbreaking ceremony on the 15th for the new office buildings of V1Tech and Somansa in the Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley area.
V1Tech, a machine vision (display and secondary battery inspection equipment manufacturing) specialist company, and Somansa, a personal information protection software development company, plan to jointly invest approximately 48 billion KRW to construct two office buildings in Zone 2 of Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley.
After about 26 months of construction, two office buildings with four basement floors and ten above-ground floors will be completed, with a total floor area of 34,734㎡ (10,507 pyeong). After completion, each company's headquarters, previously located in other parts of Pangyo and Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, will move into the new office buildings.

The CJ Logistics Construction Division focuses on core businesses such as logistics centers, remodeling, R&D centers, offices, and golf courses, and is concentrating on related orders. Over the past three years, it has secured a total of 11 office facility projects, including Seoul Icon Cheonggye Office, KT&G Youth Startup Support Center, Kolmar Korea Seoul Office, Ananti Office Facilities, and KMH Godeok Office Building.
