NH Investment & Securities Opens 'Stock Gifting' Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] NH Investment & Securities announced on the 16th that it will launch a 'Stock Gifting' service through its Mobile Trading System (MTS), allowing customers to gift stocks they own to family and acquaintances.
The Stock Gifting service enables customers to gift domestic stocks they own simply by entering the recipient's name and mobile phone number. Recently, stock investment has become recognized as a culture especially among the MZ generation, making it common to share news and stories about stocks with friends. Through this service, customers can share the experience of becoming shareholders and investing in companies with acquaintances who have no prior investment experience.
To gift stocks, customers select the 'Stock Gifting' menu, enter the recipient's name and mobile phone number, then choose the stocks and quantity to gift. The recipient opens the gift acceptance screen link from the notification message, enters their name and gift code number, and if they do not have an NH Investment & Securities account, they can open a new account to receive the stocks.
