Meanwhile, Head Hwang has served as Secretary General of the Chungnam Regional Labor Relations Commission, Director of the Ministry of Employment and Labor Comprehensive Counseling Center, ILO (International Labour Organization) envoy, Director of the Industrial Safety Division of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Director of the Busan Employment Center, Head of the Gyeonggi Branch of the Central Regional Employment and Labor Office, and Chairman of the Busan Regional Labor Relations Commission.
