Sangji Kyleum Signs 18 Billion Won New Construction Contract... Cumulative Orders Exceed 80 Billion Won This Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Sangji Kyleum has surpassed 80.1 billion KRW in cumulative orders this year by securing new construction projects for residential complex facilities following high-end officetels and multi-family housing.
Premium luxury housing specialist construction company Sangji Kyleum (CEO Kim Youngshin) announced on the 15th that it signed a contract worth 18 billion KRW with Daepung Industry for the new construction of a residential complex at 653-3 Yeoksam-dong, Seoul. The contract amount corresponds to 82.24% of last year's consolidated sales.
The contract period is from December 1 this year to January 31, 2024. The project involves constructing a residential complex facility including commercial, office, and multi-family housing in a single building with 3 basement floors and 20 above-ground floors.
With this contract, the company recorded a total cumulative order amount of 80.1 billion KRW this year. Earlier, in March, the company secured a 28.4 billion KRW new construction project for the high-end officetel Kyleum M in Nonhyeon-dong, Seoul; in May, a 16.6 billion KRW new construction project for the Walkerhill Hangang multi-family housing in Acheon-dong, Guri; and in July, a 12.1 billion KRW new construction project for a complex facility in Seongsu-dong, Seoul.
