On the 15th, Suwon City announced that it will hold the "Suwon City Public Safety Big Data Visualization and Idea Contest" until the 29th of next month to analyze the current public safety status in Suwon by integrating the city's public data with the Police University’s public safety data and to find ideas that can be applied to public safety policies.
Contest participants can analyze big data based on the Police University public safety data, Suwon City administrative data, and basic data provided on the contest website.
Participants must compare and analyze the public safety characteristics of other regions and Suwon City, derive and visualize public safety characteristics according to Suwon City's spatial information and population, and present ideas or advanced cases that can be reflected in Suwon City's policies.
Suwon City will select nine teams through document screening and online presentation evaluation and award prize money and certificates.
