IBK Industrial Bank Launches Non-Face-to-Face New Corporate Card Issuance Service
One-Stop Service from Card Issuance to Account Opening
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 15th that it has launched the ‘Corporate Card Non-face-to-face New Issuance’ service, which processes everything from corporate card issuance to payment account opening 100% non-face-to-face in a one-stop manner.
When individual business owners apply for card issuance through the mobile application ‘i-ONE Bank (Corporate)’, they can immediately check the issuance eligibility and limit through real-time automatic screening. Even business owners without an IBK payment account can complete everything from account opening to card issuance application in one stop with just one identity verification.
Along with the launch of the service, IBK also released the ‘IBK Business Card’ exclusively for individual business owners that can be issued non-face-to-face. To support small business owners, it offers various benefits, including being the first in the industry to accumulate points on tax payments (national tax, four major social insurances).
The credit card offers ▲ unlimited 0.7% points accumulation at all domestic merchants ▲ 1% points accumulation on taxes (national tax, four major social insurances), fuel, and online shopping (Naver Pay, Coupang, 11st, Gmarket, Baedal Minjok) ▲ 2% points accumulation at all overseas merchants and eco-friendly services (electric vehicle/hydrogen vehicle charging, SoCar, Kakao T) ▲ unlimited waiver of electronic financial interbank transfer fees. The annual fee for the credit card is 2,000 KRW for Visa and UnionPay.

An IBK Industrial Bank official said, “In line with the untact era, individual business owners can easily issue cards via their mobile phones without visiting branches,” adding, “We plan to additionally provide corporate loan recommendation services using card screening results in the future.”
