Gwangju Main Customs Director Visits Semiconductor Manufacturing Companies to Support Exports

Commissioner Jeong expressed his gratitude for the efforts that contributed to regional economic development and job creation through export expansion despite difficult conditions, and stated that he would seek various support measures such as expedited customs clearance of semiconductor manufacturing imported raw materials and tax administration support.
In addition, regarding the expansion construction of production facilities to respond to the company's increasing semiconductor demand, he promised to support the smooth progress of the facility investment construction aimed to be completed by the end of this year by deferring tax payment on imported raw materials through the designation of an expanded bonded factory and prioritizing customs clearance of imported facility equipment.
The Gwangju Main Customs stated that it will continue to spare no effort in focused support for regulatory reform that companies can feel and for export expansion.
