Oxygen Tank Explosion at Aquarium Store in Jongno, Seoul... 2 Injured
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] An oxygen tank exploded at an aquarium store in downtown Seoul, injuring two people.
According to the police and fire authorities, an oxygen tank exploded at an aquarium store in Jongno-gu, Seoul, at 3:48 p.m. on the 11th.
The store owner, Mr. A (63), was supplying oxygen to the aquarium when a 45kg oxygen tank exploded. Mr. A is reported to have suffered severe hand injuries from the explosion.
A customer, Mr. B (64), who was at the aquarium, also complained of hearing loss. Both individuals are receiving treatment in the emergency room.
