中 "Afghanistan, End of Anarchy... Seeks Communication with New Government and Leaders"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] China has described the announcement of the interim government list by the Islamic militant group Taliban, which has taken control of Afghanistan, as the "end of the state of anarchy."
Wang Wenbin, spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said on the 8th in response to a request to evaluate the Afghan interim government, "Afghanistan has ended more than three weeks of anarchy and is at a stage where domestic order restoration and post-conflict reconstruction are needed." He added, "We hope Afghanistan will establish a broadly inclusive political structure, implement a moderate foreign policy, firmly crack down on various terrorist forces, and maintain friendly relations with neighboring countries."
This reaction contrasts with that of the United States, which expressed concern by noting that only Taliban or affiliated members were included in the interim government cabinet list and that no women were present.

China has also publicly expressed its desire to communicate with the Afghan interim government. Spokesperson Wang said that the Chinese embassy in Afghanistan is operating normally and stated, "We want to continue communicating with Afghanistan's new government and leaders." He added, "We hope the new Afghan regime listens to the opinions of all ethnic groups and factions and meets the aspirations of its citizens and the expectations of the international community."
