Samsung Begins Recruitment for New College Graduates in Second Half of the Year... Applications Open Until the 13th
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeong Hyunjin] Samsung announced its recruitment for new college graduate employees for the second half of the year on the 7th, officially starting the open recruitment process. Samsung is the only company among the top five conglomerates to maintain the open recruitment system.
Samsung affiliates including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Samsung SDI, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Samsung SDS, Samsung C&T, Samsung Life Insurance, and Cheil Worldwide posted announcements on the Samsung recruitment website on the same day, initiating the hiring process for level 3 (college graduate) new employees for the second half of the year.
Samsung will accept applications from the 7th until the afternoon of the 13th, and conduct the written test, the Job Aptitude Test (GSAT), between October and November. Afterwards, interviews will be held from November to December, with the final list of successful candidates to be announced.
Since last year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Samsung has been conducting the GSAT written test online. This second half open recruitment will also be conducted online. The GSAT schedule will be notified later to applicants who pass the first stage job suitability evaluation.
