View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Yogurt specialist Pulmuone Danone announced on the 7th that it will take the lead in eco-friendly practices with consumers through the 'Clean Greek Challenge' event featuring its label-free yogurt product, 'Greek Label-Free.'
The Clean Greek Challenge is an event that shares the process from rinsing to separate disposal of the Greek Label-Free container, which enhances consumer convenience by removing the label. Participants in the event eat the Greek Label-Free yogurt, then film themselves thoroughly rinsing the container and separating it for disposal, uploading the video to their social media (SNS) with the required hashtags.
Pulmuone Danone stated that, in addition to the Clean Greek Challenge, it will expand the release of label-free products under its yogurt brands such as 'Hankki Oat' and 'Oikos,' and lead efforts to increase consumers' willingness to practice separate disposal through various events and campaigns.
Meanwhile, Greek Label-Free is the first label-free yogurt product introduced by Pulmuone Danone in June. The Greek Label-Free moves the product's mandatory information to the top lid, removing the side label. This product reduces plastic usage by 40 tons annually and makes separate disposal easier for consumers as there is no need to remove the label separately.
