[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon Cultural Foundation (Chairman Heo Seok) announced on the 6th that it has been selected for the '2021 Jeonnam Arts Club Activity Support Project' contest hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Jeonnam Province, and organized by the Jeonnam Cultural Foundation, and will begin the project in earnest.
This project, with a total budget of 80 million KRW, recruits 20 clubs in various fields (calligraphy, embroidery, band, singing class, saxophone, ukulele, poetry recitation, Korean traditional music, dance, etc.) composed of voluntary participation by local residents in advance, and supports customized educational programs tailored to the clubs' needs.
The selected clubs directly plan and submit all the educational content they want to strengthen their capabilities, and the foundation selects instructors who can actually operate the programs and matches them directly with the clubs. This innovative educational program has attracted much attention.
