[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Sharon] Kwon Hyuk-do, Director of Gyeongsangnam-do Out-of-School Youth Support Center Dream Dream (Dream Dream), Baek Gun-gi, Chairman of the Yongin City Youth Future Foundation, and Ahn Byung-seok, Director of Yongin City Youth Training Center, held a 'Mutual Cooperation Agreement Ceremony' in a virtual space on the 2nd.
This business agreement was conducted by appearing as characters in the metaverse, a virtual reality, in line with the changes of the times.
The metaverse is a compound word of ‘meta,’ meaning virtual and transcendence, and ‘universe,’ meaning world and cosmos. It is an online space that goes one step beyond virtual reality, where social and economic activities also take place.
Dream Dream and Yongin City Youth Training Center plan to create a proactive exchange and cooperation platform in line with the trends of the MZ generation and provide a beneficial space for out-of-school youth who were marginalized from various programs through virtual space.
The main contents of the agreement are ▲ Establishment of a mutual cooperation system to support the healthy growth of youth ▲ Operation and support of out-of-school youth activity programs ▲ Cooperation and support for the operation of out-of-school youth services ▲ Other projects hosted by both organizations.
