IBK Industrial Bank, Hiring 100 New Employees for the Second Half of the Year
Implementation of a Separate Admission Track for Outstanding High School Graduates
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 2nd that it will publicly recruit 100 new employees for the second half of 2021. Despite difficulties caused by COVID-19, the bank has been conducting recruitment in both the first and second halves of the year while strictly adhering to quarantine guidelines.
The recruitment schedule is from September 2 to 24, during which applications will be accepted. After document screening, written exams, practical tests, and interviews, the final successful candidates will be announced in December.
The recruitment fields are divided into general finance, digital, financial specialists, and global sectors. Separate selection processes will be conducted to hire regional talents, veterans, and high school graduate talents. In particular, following the establishment of a separate selection process for high school graduate new employees in the second half of last year, recruitment will continue in this second half as well.
IBK reflects President Yoon Jong-won's philosophy of "inclusive personnel without prejudice" in its recruitment, expanding exemplary cases of "employment first, then further education." High school graduate talents can learn their work without discrimination within IBK's unique warm culture after joining, and can also receive support for obtaining a bachelor's degree through competency development support programs.
