Exclusion of Gyeongbuk Gimcheon from Unsold Housing Management Areas... Total of 5 Locations Designated
Gimcheon City in Gyeongbuk has been removed from the unsold housing management areas.
The Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 31st that Asan in Chungnam, Gwangyang in Jeonnam, and Yangsan, Changwon, and Geoje in Gyeongnam have been designated as the 60th unsold housing management areas.
Gimcheon City in Gyeongbuk was excluded, making a total of five unsold housing management areas.
As of the end of July, the unsold houses in the unsold housing management areas totaled 3,188 units, accounting for about 20.98% of the nationwide total of 15,198 unsold houses.
When purchasing project sites for the purpose of supplying houses in unsold housing management areas, a preliminary review for the sales guarantee must be conducted.
