[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Netmarble's development subsidiary Netmarble F&C announced on the 31st that it has established a subsidiary called 'Metaverse Entertainment' with 100% equity investment.
Metaverse Entertainment will be led by Seo Woo-won, co-CEO of Netmarble F&C.
Metaverse Entertainment plans to engage in the development of virtual reality platforms, virtual idol management, and the production and service of metaverse content linked to games.
CEO Seo said, "We established Metaverse Entertainment to create a new metaverse world with various contents such as meta idols and meta worlds linked to games," adding, "We plan to sequentially release various platforms and contents and aim to grow into a global entertainment company."
