Construction will be handled by Hanla Co., Ltd. The association completed member recruitment and project approval procedures last year. This complex will consist of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 772 apartments sized between 74 and 84 square meters (exclusive area). Of these, 238 units are available for general sale, excluding those allocated to association members. The distribution by size is 71 units of 74㎡, 130 units of 84㎡ A, and 37 units of 84㎡ B.
The Hwanggeum District is located at the center of the circular Gwangyang Bay Free Economic Zone (GFEZ). Within a 10 km radius are major industrial complexes such as POSCO Gwangyang Steelworks, Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority, Singeum Industrial Complex, Yulchon 1 Industrial Complex, and Haeryong General Industrial Complex. The transportation environment is also favorable. The Namhae Expressway, Dongsuncheon Interchange (IC), and Gwangyang IC are nearby, making access to Yeosu, Gwangyang, Suncheon, and surrounding areas convenient.
To the left of the complex is the Gwangyang Hwanggeum General Industrial Complex, providing abundant demand from the industrial workforce and rental market. The entire complex consists of medium-sized units preferred by consumers, ranging from 74 to 84㎡, and is designed with a south-facing 4-bay cross-ventilation layout.
The interior of the apartments includes various specialized storage spaces such as multi-rooms, dressing rooms, pantries, and studies (alpha rooms), allowing for more effective use of the living area even within the same floor space. This design reflects the increased demand for interior space due to remote work trends following the COVID-19 pandemic.
