The author attached photos and videos of the interior of an apartment covered in mold, stating, "This is an apartment from one of Korea's leading brands. Please check carefully before moving in, and I hope no one experiences the same misfortune as I did."
The author explained, "We repeatedly requested defect repairs, but no corrections were made, so we proceeded with a class-action lawsuit," adding, "Currently, no further measures are being taken due to the ongoing lawsuit," and "More than a year has passed since the lawsuit began, but there has been no progress in court, so the residents are bearing the damage themselves."
He continued, "The apartment is just over three years old, and the defects have been present since move-in," explaining, "The floor is a 2nd-floor pilotis, and the mold was caused by backflow from the shared air conditioning pipes," attaching photos of the apartment interior soaked with water.
