[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] KB Capital is participating as a strategic investor in the freight transportation fintech company 'LogisLab'.
On the 26th, KB Capital announced that it has joined LogisLab as a strategic investor through redeemable convertible preferred shares and signed a business agreement to provide exclusive financial support to freight carriers and vehicle owners using the freight transportation platform.
LogisLab offers various services for transportation operators by improving the convenience of the outdated freight transportation market work environment through its unique payment-based freight transportation platform 'Cargo Manager', AI data-based settlement automation system 'Bill Manager', and integrated freight payment platform 'CargoPay'.
KB Capital plans to link non-face-to-face commercial vehicle loans to LogisLab's advance payment system. Utilizing LogisLab's accumulated transportation database (DB), it aims to provide optimal financial services based on the repayment ability of each vehicle owner and continuously expand B2B partnerships with high-quality freight carriers.
