Sangha Kitchen Nurungji porridge is a convenient substitute meal made by roasting Nurungji twice to add a savory flavor and a chewy, sticky texture. It uses a sterilized pouch-type package that allows for room temperature storage, and it is convenient to heat in the microwave with the pouch after opening the package.
It is available in two varieties: Beef Mushroom Nurungji Porridge and Perilla Chicken Nurungji Porridge. Both use broth made from Korean beef bone stock, providing a deep and rich taste. Sangha Kitchen Beef Mushroom Nurungji Porridge offers a rich umami flavor with domestic beef and non-dried shiitake mushrooms, while Perilla Chicken Nurungji Porridge contains plenty of perilla seeds with mild domestic chicken breast for a more savory taste.
