In the voice phishing impersonation scam prevention segment, it guides on scam methods impersonating acquaintances, financial companies, and public institutions, as well as precautions for customers. The voice phishing mule account (fraudulent account) prevention segment covers types of loan scams, work-from-home part-time job scams, employment scams, and their prevention methods.
