Applications Accepted at Eup, Myeon, and Dong Administrative Welfare Centers from September 1 to October 1
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 24th that it will promote an interest support project for jeonse loan for multi-child households without housing.
This project is being promoted to alleviate the housing cost burden of multi-child households without housing by establishing an ordinance in May this year and securing a budget of 90 million KRW.
The support target is multi-child households without housing with a standard median income of 180% or less.
Households with three or more children under the age of 18, where both parents and children currently reside in the jurisdiction as of the announcement date, and have received a jeonse loan from a financial institution.
After eligibility screening, selected recipients can receive support once a year up to 1.5% of the jeonse loan balance, with a maximum of 1 million KRW.
However, basic livelihood security recipients, public rental residents, households that have signed lease contracts with first-degree relatives, and households that received Changwon City's newlywed couple jeonse loan interest support in 2021 are excluded.
Applicants can apply for support at the administrative welfare centers of their respective eup, myeon, or dong from September 1 to October 1.
