On the morning of the 23rd, the county held an executive meeting chaired by Mayor Seo, where reports were given on important pending projects to be promoted by each department, and cooperation among departments was secured to ensure smooth project implementation.
On this day, Mayor Seo stated, “With the Hamyang e-commerce logistics complex being the only one nationwide selected as a Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport investment-leading district, the county will be completely transformed into a new logistics hub city linked with the Coupang logistics center scheduled for completion in 2023,” and emphasized, “Please establish an organic cooperative system among departments so that synergy effects can appear with projects such as the Hamyang-type rural utopia project.”
He continued, “As low birth rates and aging accelerate, leading to continued population decline, extraordinary measures covering the entire life cycle are necessary,” and requested, “Please establish a comprehensive population increase plan tailored to our local conditions to bring about practical effects.”
