According to Mokpo Maritime Police on the 19th, at 2:21 PM on the 18th, a report was received about a vessel suspected of drunk navigation, and a coastal rescue boat from the local police substation on maritime patrol was dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, the maritime police found vessel A at sea and conducted a breathalyzer test on the captain, confirming a blood alcohol concentration of 0.184%, exceeding the maritime safety law's drunk navigation enforcement standard of 0.03%.
