[Yeosu=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Sim Kyung-taek] Yeosu City in Jeollanam-do sold the medical facility site, which remained unsold in the Ungcheon district, to Yeosu Jeonnam Hospital.
According to Yeosu City on the 18th, "On the 10th, a sales contract was signed with Yeosu Jeonnam Hospital for two medical facility land parcels in the Ungcheon district totaling 32,667㎡ for approximately 32.3 billion KRW."
The Yeosu Jeonnam Hospital, which purchased the site, must comply with contract conditions including starting construction within 5 years, an 8-year resale restriction, and using the designated purpose for 10 years.
Yeosu City plans to proceed with subsequent procedures such as payment and transfer of land ownership.
