Honam University Department of Future Automotive Engineering Successfully Hosts Special Lecture on New Eco-Friendly Vehicle Technologies

View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] The Department of Future Automotive Engineering at Honam University (Department Head Yoo Yong-min) announced on the 18th that on the 17th, it held a certificate awarding ceremony for the ‘High Voltage Safety Education Level 1’ qualification to 26 workers and students in the automotive field who completed the eco-friendly vehicle new technology leap education course.
The eco-friendly vehicle new technology leap education course was hosted and funded by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Gwangju Metropolitan City, and was conducted under the supervision of the Gwangju Green Car Promotion Agency.
EVALL instructor Huijikyung Lee, who conducted this education course, said, “I am very pleased that many people were able to obtain certificates through this excellent educational opportunity, and I hope that such meaningful education will be further activated within the region in the future.”
Professor Son Byung-rae of the Department of Future Automotive Engineering at Honam University said, “I am very happy to be able to provide eco-friendly vehicle education with the support of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Gwangju Metropolitan City, and I will continue to do my best to nurture AI future automotive talents in the local community.”
Yoon Kwang-hoon, a second-year student in the Department of Future Automotive Engineering at Honam University who participated in the education, shared his course impression, saying, “I had a lot of interest as the electric vehicle market is expanding, and this education was very helpful.”
