Damyang-gun Additional Recruitment of Participating Companies for 'Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support'
Company in Damyang Accepting Applications from Jeonnam Youth Until the 3rd of Next Month
[Damyang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Damyang County, Jeonnam announced on the 18th that it will additionally recruit participating companies for the 2021 Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive Support Project until the 3rd of next month.
The Jeonnam Youth Continuous Employment Incentive is a project promoted to encourage long-term employment of young workers in small and medium-sized enterprises and to reduce the wage gap with large corporations. Currently, 8 companies and 11 young workers in the region are receiving support.
When selected for the project, up to 20 million KRW per person (15 million KRW for youth, 5 million KRW for companies) will be supported for up to 4 years to guarantee youth wages and alleviate manpower shortages in SMEs.
Eligible participating companies are those located in Damyang with 5 to fewer than 300 insured employees under employment insurance, and the target participants are those aged 18 to 39 residing in Jeonnam who are employed as regular workers at the selected participating companies.
Companies wishing to participate in the project should check the announcement section on the Damyang County website by the 3rd of next month, prepare the application documents, and submit them in person or by mail to the Damyang County Department of Grassroots Economy.
