According to the industry on the 14th, Lotte Mart will run a promotion offering up to 50% off popular products such as food and daily necessities until the 25th. As a special Liberation Day product, Gwangbokhoe (flatfish and abalone sashimi) will be sold at a 20% discounted price when L.Point members pay with the event card until the 18th. Australian chuck eye roll can be purchased at half price if L.Point members pay with the event card and use the offline-only app 'Lotte Mart GO'.
Lotte gift certificate giveaways will also be held. Until the 25th, L.Point members who purchase AmorePacific event products worth 25,000 won or more, or Yuhan Corporation and Yuhan-Kimberly event products worth 30,000 won or more, will receive a Lotte gift certificate worth 5,000 won.

Daily necessities will also be discounted up to 50% until the 16th.

A Homeplus official said, “Customers who have spent a more frustrating summer than ever due to the unprecedented heatwave and strengthened social distancing can spend comfortable time with their families during the upcoming Liberation Day holiday through this event,” adding, “Since more benefits are applied to items with increased consumption during this period, we hope it will help lower customers’ perceived living costs.”
