Shinhan Life's social contribution foundation, Shinhan Life Bitnaneun Foundation, announced on the 9th that it has awarded a special scholarship of 20 million KRW to gymnast Lee Yun-seo, who set the highest Korean record as a national representative at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, as a gesture of congratulations and encouragement.

Since 2018, Lee has been selected as a 'Dream Growing Scholarship Student' by Shinhan Life Bitnaneun Foundation (formerly Orange Hope Foundation) and has received scholarship support for four consecutive years.
Competing as a national representative in gymnastics at the Tokyo Olympics, Lee ranked 21st out of 24 competitors in the individual all-around final, achieving the highest tied ranking ever for a Korean athlete in the individual all-around.
