In 2023, the county plans to actively discover competitive projects targeting Jusang, Ungyang, Goje, Buksang, Wicheon, and Mari-myeon to contribute to balanced regional energy development in the western and northern areas of Geochang and realize energy welfare in rural areas, thereby establishing the identity of Geochang-gun as an energy self-sufficient city.
