Accompanying Director Kim on his field visit were Im Jong-cheol, Deputy Mayor of Hwaseong, Park Sang-deok, Head of the Social Disaster Division of Gyeonggi Province, Oh Hong-seon, Director of Hwaseong City Urban Housing Bureau, Kim Yeon-hee, Director of Hwaseong Health Center, and Jang Bong-rim, Director of Dongtan Health Center.
Director Kim first visited the vaccination center installed at the Dongtan Badminton Court and the temporary screening clinic set up at Dongtan Health Center to encourage the officials, then urged, "In the current situation where COVID-19 confirmed cases are increasing, please do your best to ensure that citizens can receive vaccinations smoothly to stabilize the spread of infection."
He then visited the construction site of the Osandong Mixed-use Commercial Complex to inspect heatwave countermeasures at the construction site, including compliance with 'heatwave prevention safety rules.'
