Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Byung-nae) announced on the 3rd that it is recruiting users of this device for people with developmental disabilities registered in Gwangju.
Applications can be submitted through the Developmental Disability Support Center until the devices run out.
Selected applicants can use the device, including communication fees, for two years.
