Bomap launches digital GA 'Bomap Partner'... Insurance agent recruitment
Platform-Expert Collaboration, Diversification of Sales Channels
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Insurtech company Bomap is launching its corporate insurance agency (GA) subsidiary, Bomap Partner, on the 3rd, marking the start of full-scale diversification of its sales channels.
Bomap Partner will hire full-time insurance agents upon its launch. In addition to a base salary of 40 million KRW per year, incentives and consultation support fees are provided to ensure a stable working environment, and a consultation satisfaction evaluation system has been introduced to prioritize enhancing the customer experience.
Insurance agents are divided into consultation agents who explain various insurance information such as terminology, products, and coverage in an easy-to-understand manner, and execution agents who use data to recommend objective and standardized products.
Consultations are conducted without sales pressure, allowing customers to freely resolve all their insurance-related questions, and only if the customer wishes to receive product recommendations does the consultation proceed to subscription counseling. The simple consultation and subscription processes are completely separated, enabling customers to choose the type and level of consultation themselves.
Bomap Partner plans to combine Bomap’s digital capabilities with systematic analysis to increase reliability and create a customer-driven market through consultation services tailored to the customer’s perspective.
