LG Energy Solution announced on the 3rd that it revamped its website to diversify content for various stakeholders and to enhance its role as a global website.
First, LG Energy Solution reorganized the website menu for improved customer convenience into ▲Business ▲ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) ▲Company ▲Investor ▲Career. In particular, it newly established the ESG menu, a global trend, and included key strategies and detailed activities related to ESG management such as climate change response, supply chain management, and resource circulation system on the main screen.
LG Energy Solution strengthened corporate information as well as recruitment and financial information, and designed the site with content placement considering users' click paths and a sophisticated and intuitive interface so that desired information and menus can be seen at a glance.
Additionally, LG Energy Solution divided the customer inquiry section on the website into product, media, partnership, IR, etc., to increase communication accuracy with customers, and placed the inquiry menu in the navigation area for quick access from anywhere.
LG Energy Solution plans to further strengthen its global user engagement by operating the website in five languages including Chinese, Polish, and German, in addition to Korean and English, within this month to enhance global brand awareness.
