SCM Life Sciences Appoints Kim Seokjo as Head of Research and Lee Seojong as Director
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] SCM Life Sciences (SCM Saengmyeonggwahak) announced on the 2nd that it has recruited Kim Seok-jo, Head of Research, and Lee Seo-jong, Director of Business Development, as new executives.
Kim Seok-jo served as a university research professor at Northwestern University and the University of Michigan in the United States, publishing research results in immunology fields such as rheumatoid arthritis and aging. Starting from the 1st of this month, he joined SCM Life Sciences as Head of Research and will lead research and development related to anti-aging and fibrosis. Director Lee Seo-jong is a business development (BD) expert in the bio field who worked at Novartis Korea for 18 years. Lee Seo-jong joined SCM Life Sciences as Director of Business Development on the 1st of last month and will oversee the company's technology export-related tasks.
