This training, held until the 3rd, is designed as a qualification course for school facilitators who will play a role in promoting a democratic culture in schools within the province. It plans to train 120 people over three years starting this year.
School facilitators lead democratic decision-making through communication and empathy in various school decision-making or problem situations and perform mediation and coordination roles in the implementation process of the curriculum.
