He also emphasized that ‘growth’ can help alleviate social conflicts and proposed solutions to the real estate problem such as increasing floor area ratios in metropolitan areas and easing tax burdens. He further stated that feminism should not be exploited for political purposes.
Since declaring his political participation at the end of June, former Prosecutor General Yoon has been engaging in public opinion tours, and on this day, he visited the National Assembly for the first time since joining the People Power Party. He attended the meeting of ‘Myeongbulheojeon Bosuda,’ a gathering of first-term lawmakers of the People Power Party, where he stressed, "The People Power Party should broaden its existing ideology and political philosophy and make efforts to gain support from those who may have had different thoughts or did not share the same philosophy."
Yoon also mentioned, "When a small company’s sales increase and the organization grows, there is no need for conflicts among members," adding, "Broadly speaking, the issues arise because people are experiencing job shortages and ultra-low or negative growth. Fundamentally, if the growth rate increases, even those who benefit less from growth will feel their circumstances improving." He perceives low growth as underlying gender conflicts and other social tensions.
He also stated, "Feminism should not be abused to gain electoral advantage or to extend political power."
Regarding the real estate issue, he said, "The key is metropolitan areas. We need to increase floor area ratios in metropolitan areas and have the government supply housing in areas where there is demand to ensure supply meets demand." He further emphasized, "The problem is not just housing prices but also property taxes. Houses are essential goods. Unless it is a very expensive house, they are generally essential goods, and it is not reasonable to impose such heavy taxes simply for owning essential goods."

On that day, he met with the party leadership and said, "From a grand perspective, for regime change, it is the right decision for the People Power Party to receive broader support and for me to join as a party member to work together with the people, which is why I joined earlier than expected."
However, some resentment remains. On the same day, Lee expressed dissatisfaction on MBC Radio’s ‘Kim Jong-bae’s Focus,’ saying, "(Yoon’s joining) was regrettable in terms of formality." He explained, "Originally, there was prior understanding that he would join on the 2nd, but the schedule was hurriedly changed due to information leaks," and added, "Even so, I think it was a matter that should have been discussed with us again."
