The AI Legal Solution is a smart work system that applies machine learning technology, which learns data autonomously, to review legal documents such as contracts. It automatically detects unfair contract terms and registers the improved content as the company standard through legal review for monitoring.
This system was developed based on Samsung SDS’s Brightics Law and tailored to Kyowon Group’s work environment. In this process, Kyowon trained the solution with seven years of accumulated legal data including group standard contracts, relevant laws, and advisory opinions, and enhanced AI accuracy through repeated testing.
Kyowon Group expects that the introduction of the AI Legal Solution will greatly improve work efficiency not only for the legal team but also for each business division requesting contract reviews.
