SPC Samlip Introduces Cafe Snow Ice Dessert
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] SPC Samlip's dessert brand Cafe Snow has launched ice desserts.
SPC Samlip introduced products such as 'Rich Chocolate Mousse Cake (Whole Cake)', 'Snow Roll (Plain, Chocolate, Strawberry)', and 'Slice Cakes (New York Cheesecake, Sweet Potato, Chocolate Tiramisu)' featuring illustrated packaging through collaboration with famous French illustrator Marie Assena. They also sell 'Basque Cheesecake', baked at a high temperature of 210 degrees Celsius with a smoky charred top and moist cream cheese inside, and 'Fresh Cream Castella', which contains fresh cream inside Castella bread. Additionally, they offer a variety of flavors and forms including 'Kraft Cream Cheese Choux' and 'Kraft Cream Cheese Cake' made with the American cheese brand Kraft Cream Cheese. Cafe Snow ice desserts are available nationwide at Emart, Kim's Club, and supermarkets.
An SPC Samlip marketing official explained, "Recently, customer demand for home caf? desserts has increased, leading us to release products reflecting the home dessert concept."
