This is the first time among T-commerce companies that the entire customer satisfaction (CS) process has been applied through KakaoTalk.
At the SK Stoa KakaoTalk customer center, customers can not only order TV products currently being broadcast but also check order history within the last three months, change orders, cancel, return, exchange, check delivery status, and even withdraw requests by themselves. Functions such as 1:1 inquiries related to order details, updating personal information, checking programming information, and direct access to the mobile app are also available.
Customers can use the service by searching for SK Stoa on KakaoTalk Plus Friend and adding it as a friend. By simply following the chatbot guidance and clicking, they can purchase the desired products. Even by entering simple keywords in the chat window, customers can receive guidance on the services they want.
