Contributing to Product Planning, Service Improvement, and Listing of More Than 25% of Proposed Products
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Homeshopping announced on the 27th that it is recruiting the 4th term of the 'Customer Monitoring Evaluation Group,' where customers directly participate in product and service development and propose various ideas for service improvement, until the 1st of next month.
Lotte Homeshopping has been operating the 'Customer Monitoring Evaluation Group' since 2018 to strengthen customer-tailored services. This is to listen to and improve practical customer opinions on all services experienced by customers, such as broadcasting, ordering, delivery, and service. As a result of operating up to the 3rd term, various ideas have been reflected in the field, including the development of new products such as home meal replacements, the introduction of new services and process improvements such as ARS and delivery, and improvements to broadcast screens. Among the trend products proposed by the evaluation group, more than 25% were listed on TV, online, and other platforms.
Until the 1st of next month, 100 members of the online and offline customer monitoring evaluation group will be recruited through the internet shopping mall Lotte iMall. Customers who have signed up for and used Lotte Homeshopping, who can perform various tasks with enthusiasm and originality, and who enjoy online community and SNS activities will be given preferential selection. After a fair screening process, the final announcement will be made on the 20th of next month, and the inauguration ceremony will be held on the 26th. The selected customer monitoring evaluation group will perform roles such as ▲monitoring Lotte Homeshopping channels ▲participating in offline events ▲proposing products and services ▲attending new product evaluation meetings for about one year from September. Depending on the level of activity of the customer evaluation group, points, activity fees, and shopping discounts will be provided.
