Kim Young-cheol, Seoul Communication Advisor, Appointed as 4th Chairman of Korea Job World
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Ministry of Employment and Labor announced on the 26th that Kim Youngcheol, Seoul City Communication Advisor, has been appointed as the 4th Chairman of Korea Job World, a comprehensive vocational experience center for children and adolescents.
Chairman Kim, a former journalist who served as a columnist for The Hankyoreh and chairman of citizen broadcaster RTV, also served as the first director of the Seoul Lifelong Education Promotion Institute, laying the foundation for lifelong education in Seoul. Chairman Kim officially assumes office today.
Chairman Kim said, "Following the milestone of surpassing 6 million visitors this year, we will develop Job World, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year, into a genuine vocational theme park where children and adolescents can experience future careers and explore career paths suited to themselves."
