Paju-si Launches Five-Year Plan to Establish a 'Women-Friendly City'

[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] Paju City in Gyeonggi Province is initiating a five-year plan to create a women-friendly city.
The city announced on the 20th that "from July to December, a research project will be conducted to strengthen women's capabilities and establish a gender-equal local community."
Earlier, on the 15th, the city held a kickoff meeting to discuss the direction for establishing the five-year plan for creating a women-friendly city and specific future schedules.
At the meeting, they discussed the promotion direction of 10 specialized projects and additional discovery tasks such as care services and tourism projects suitable for local characteristics.
