The Nature Holdings Decides to Withdraw Strategic Investment in TaylorMade Group
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] The Nature Holdings announced on the 19th that it has agreed to withdraw its selection as a strategic investor (SI) and its capital commitment during the contract negotiation process related to the acquisition of the TaylorMade Group with Centroid Investment Partners.
The Nature Holdings was selected as a subordinate equity investor and SI for the investment recruitment for the acquisition of the TaylorMade Group on June 14, but both companies ultimately agreed not to participate, leading to the withdrawal of the investment.
