The newly relaunched "Chef Food (Chefood) Lotte Tteokgalbi" increased the rib meat content by 42% compared to the previous product, "Uiseong Garlic Tteokgalbi." Only domestic pork is used. Additionally, ingredients such as pear and pineapple were used to bring out a natural umami flavor. After sealing in the juices by oven roasting, a direct flame grilling process was added to impart a subtle smoky aroma along with grill marks.
