On the 16th, at the screening clinic of Gangseo-gu Public Health Center in Seoul, a medical staff member with an ice pack on their head is guiding citizens who are about to undergo testing for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19). The Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced that as of midnight on that day, the daily new confirmed COVID-19 cases were 1,476 domestically and 60 imported cases, totaling 1,536.
