It is common for new apartment residents and developers or constructors to clash over defect repairs, making this event highly unusual.
According to the Hills State Hwasun Residents' Association on the 15th, the prospective residents presented plaques of appreciation to Chairman Choi Il-gi of Geo Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and Site Manager Lim Seong-mook of Hyundai Engineering.
The prospective residents expressed their gratitude in the plaques for the absence of major defects during the preliminary inspection conducted in May, the smooth progress of construction despite the COVID-19 situation, adherence to the scheduled move-in date, and the sincere work performance shown during the construction period and events.
This exceptional event appears to reflect Chairman Choi Il-gi’s usual philosophy, which was fully embodied in the construction of Hills State Hwasun.
Chairman Choi has consistently emphasized the realization of a new residential culture of the future, harmonizing humans, nature, and the environment, based on the management philosophy of pioneering spirit.
He devoted efforts to the construction of Hills State Hwasun based on customer-centric, value-centric, and human-centric principles.
Hills State Hwasun was developed as a high-quality apartment complex equipped with community spaces such as fitness facilities, a golf practice range, and a Moms Cafe, as well as convenience facilities including national and public daycare centers and the Hills State landscaping specialty “Jingyeong Sansu Garden.”
The complex consists of a total of 604 households: 546 units of 84㎡, 52 units of 113㎡, and 6 units of 179㎡, across six buildings with two basement floors and 30 above-ground floors, making it a landmark in Hwasun. Move-in began on this day.
Chairman Choi Il-gi said, “I am grateful to Hyundai Engineering, the construction company, for doing a good job,” adding, “Our company has three in-house engineers, and we did our best, so it is fortunate that there are few defects.”
He continued, “I am thankful to the residents for organizing such a meaningful occasion,” and added, “We will strive to establish this kind of culture among residents, developers, and constructors.”
A bird's-eye view of 'Sea One Resort' being developed by Geo Group in the Baekgil Beach area, Jaeun-myeon, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do.

It is nearing completion in conjunction with the globally renowned hotel chain Ramada Plaza Hotel and is scheduled for a grand opening in 2022.
The ongoing special sale is recruiting founding special limited members in the form of premium memberships. The benefits are directly returned to the users, and the principal is fully refunded upon maturity.
According to officials, this structure is attracting high interest from young investors seeking economically efficient consumption, similar to golf club memberships, and could be a factor in continuous price increases.
Despite Sinan’s excellent tourist attractions, there is a shortage of lodging facilities, and Geo Group’s development of a stay-type tourism town is expected to address this issue. Above all, the resort’s competitiveness lies in its future-oriented approach, including the introduction of a non-face-to-face system, Geo Moneda, and BUP’s coin payment system.
After the opening of Sea One Resort, the second phase of the international cultural tourism town project will sequentially unveil marina facilities, an international cultural exchange center, pension complexes, and the Pentapolis facilities of pool villas, making it a suitable linked tourist destination.
